  • Hogan Assessments (HPI / HDS / MVPI)
    Hogan’s core assessments include measuring normal personality characteristics, career derailment risks, core value drivers. Certified to assess HPI (Hogan Personality Inventory,) HDS (Hogan Development Survey) and MVPI (Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory.)
  • 360 Feedback (CCL – The Center for Creative Leadership)
    360-degree feedback is a method of systematically collecting opinions about an individual’s performance from a wide range of coworkers. This could include peers, direct reports, the boss, the boss’s peers – along with people outside the organization, such as customers. The benefit of collecting data of this kind is that the person gets to see others’ perceptions compared to self-perception, which affords a more complete picture.
  • Myers-Briggs
    The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an introspective self-report questionnaire designed to indicate psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.
  • Extended DISC
    DISC is an online assessment tool used to measure an individual’s behavior in order to increase self-awareness and better understand other people.
