This program differs from other leadership programs in that – while there are some lectures – it is very much an experiential program, with a high level of active participation in various exercises. The learning comes from the team’s own experience, and participants’ interaction with one another.
It includes a goal-setting and achievement process with the intention to significantly improve performance, in areas including Guest Experience, Staff and Service Experience, Gross Operating Profit, Gross Operating Revenue, Product Innovation, etc.
